Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type McRegions. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
Remarks
The measurement Value is a McPoints filled with un-calibrated coordinates of the region feature's geometric centroid points (i.e., those measured by maRgnCentroidXY). All Value accesses reference the same McPoints object, only its contents change. This is a boundary polygon-based measurement. So sub-pixel boundary vertex locations are significant.
