CaptAttribute: Type: MediaCy.IQL.CaptureIMcCaptDevAttribute2
the capture attribute that is being removed.
pbCancel: Type: SystemBoolean
If assigned true by an event handler, then the attribute removal operation is cancelled.

Remarks

This notification is sent just before the capture attribute is removed from the attributes collection.
