Image Parameters

The Image Parameters group on the Image Compare ribbon allows you to operate upon the selected image(s) in the Image Compare workspace to control various display parameters.

Move Forward/Back: Click on the tool to move the currently-selected image to the top of the stack in the Image Compare workspace.  Click on the tool to move it to the bottom of the stack.  Note that these controls are disabled if the Transparency option is selected in the Options group.

Angle: Rotates the currently-selected image in the Image Compare workspace by the specified angle.  Specify a value, in degrees, from -359 to 359.  Note that this control is only enabled if the Allow Rotate option is selected in the Options group.

Opacity: Specifies the degree of transparency for the currently-selected image in the Image Compare workspace.  Specify a value, in percent, from 1 to 100.  Note that this control is disabled if the Transparency option is selected in the Options group.

Weighting:  This control is only meaningful if the Transparency option is selected in the Options group.  If the Transparency option is selected, one image will be opaque and the rest will be semi-transparent, and the Weighting spin box controls the degree of transparency of the semi-transparent image(s).  Note that the opacity of the semi-tranparent image(s) can be increased by decreasing the Weighting value on the opaque image.

Reset: Resets the size, angle, opacity, and weighting of the currently-selected image(s) in the Image Compare workspace.

Export: Exports the currently-selected image in the Image Compare workspace to the application workspace.  The exported image will appear in its own image window with a default name applied to it.
