Making a Lens Definition the Active Lens Definition
A Lens definition is a collection of information about a lens that was (or will be) used in the viewing and capturing of images. These instructions explain how to make a lens definition the "active" lens definition so that it will be applied automatically to all captured images as you capture them.
Note: These instructions assume the lens definition is already created. For instructions on creating a lens definition, click here.
To make a lens definition the "active" lens definition:
Go to the Capture tab and locate the Optical Characteristics group.
From the Lens pull-down list box, find the lens definition you want to be the "active" lens definition, and select it.
Note: The Lens pull-down list box shows only lens definitions from the Lens Library that have been marked as "Favorites". If you don't see the lens definition you are looking for in the Lens pull-down list box, you might be able to find it in the Lens Library, and then mark it as a favorite. Click here for instructions.
Image-Pro treats whatever lens is selected in the Lens pull-down list box as the "active" lens definition; it is automatically assigned to all subsequent image captures as you capture them.
