Parameters

FileName
Type: SystemObject
bCancel
Type: SystemBoolean
If assigned True by the event handler, then the open will be cancelled.
Remarks
This event could be used to display a "Open Set" dialog. When the open is complete, a PropertyChanged event will be fired indicating a change to the collection's Count property.
