Parameters

Name
Type: SystemString
the attribute name (key).
CaptAttribute
Type: MediaCy.IQL.CaptureIMcCaptDevAttribute2
the capture attribute that is being created.
pbCancel
Type: SystemBoolean
If assigned true by an event handler, then the attribute creation operation is cancelled.
Remarks
This notification is sent just before the capture attribute is created and added to the attributes collection.
