CaptureDevice
Type: MediaCy.IQL.CaptureMcCaptDevice
the event source device.
Name
Type: SystemString
the name of the capture attribute being created
CaptAttribute
Type: MediaCy.IQL.CaptureIMcCaptDevAttribute2
the capture attribute being created.
pbCancel
Type: SystemBoolean
If assigned True by the event handler, then the attribute creation operation is cancelled.
Remarks
This notification is sent just before an attribute is created.
