Captions

A caption is a line of text that appears below a "figure" (for example, an image) to describe it. Use the tools in the Captions group to build and insert a table of figures in your reports.

Insert Capture: This tool allows you to add the text of a capture in your report to the table of figures registry. Use this tool to build the list of references you want to include in the table of figures. Highlight the capture text you want to add to the table of figures, and click the Insert Capture tool.

Insert Table of Figures: Click this tool to insert the current list of references included in the table of figures at the current cursor position in the report. Before you click this tool, you should use the Insert Capture tool to build the list of references you want to include in the table of Figures.
