Switch to Float/Dock

Click on the Switch to Float/Dock option to toggle between a docking view and a floating document view. In Float mode, opened images appear in floating windows within the application workspace. This is the traditional Windows image application view. In the Dock mode, images are maximized and tabbed in the image workspace.

If you click on the down arrow of the Switch to Float/Dock option, additional options appear: the Cascade, Tile Vertically, and Tile Horizontally options. These options are available when image windows are in the Float view. They allow you to automatically arrange multiple images in the application window.
