Advanced Display Window
The Advanced Display window is displayed when you click on the Advanced Display tool on the Adjust ribbon. When you click on this tool, the Advanced Display window appears at the bottom of the Image-Pro application window. If an image is active in the Image-Pro workspace, the Advanced Display window displays the current histogram for the active image.
The dotted green and red vertical lines are used to show and set the black level and the white level. The dotted green line shows/sets the black level and the dotted red line shows/sets the white level. You can click and drag these lines to set the black and white levels from within the graph. Otherwise, these lines reflect the value for the BL and WL controls on the ribbon bar.
The diagonal line that connects the BL and WL lines is a graphical representation of the BGC (Brightness, Gamma, Contrast) settings applied to the image.
The Advanced Display window contains additional tools that allow you to switch between the graphical representation of the LUT settings and a table representation of the LUT settings.
- The Graph tool displays the LUT adjustments as a histogram.
- The Table tool displays the LUT adjustments a table. See Free Form Intensity Calibrations for more information about this view.
