My Products

Media Cybernetics software products associated with your account are listed on the My Products page.

The listed products include Bundles (a base product combined with modules and/or extensions), loose modules that are eligible for bundling, and loose extensions that are eligible for bundling and require the appropriate module to be licensed correctly. The item name, version of the software, serial number, the type of product (bundle, module, extension, or trial), License (Permanent or # of days remaining in trial), and Linked to target are displayed.

The Linked to column

As the products in your list are “Linked” to a valid target such as a Computer, a USB Dongle, or a License Server, the name of the target will be shown in this column.

Click on the Action drop-down and select one of the options below.

Adding a module to a bundle

To associate a module with a bundle:

Modules and Extensions that need to be associated with a bundle will have a small yellow warning icon next to them and display “Bundle needed”.

  1. Click on the Actions drop-down for the module that you wish to add to a bundle.

  2. Click the Select Bundle option.

  3. In the dialog that opens, select the bundle with which you wish to associate the module.

  4. Click Confirm.

Downloading products

  1. Click on the Actions drop-down for the product that you wish to download.

  2. Select the Download option.

The software installer is automatically downloaded to your computer.

Archiving Products

You can simplify your My Products page by archiving products that have been upgraded or are no longer relevant to you. Archived Products can be re-activated later if you wish.

  1. Select the Actions drop-down for the product that you wish to archive.

  2. Click Archive.

Your product is moved the Archived tab of your My Products page.

Activating Archived Products

  1. Select the Archived tab of the My Products page.

    Archived products and their details are displayed.

  2. Select Set to Active from the Actions drop-down.

The re-activated Product is listed on the Active tab of the My Products page.

Product Expanded View. Click on the arrow button (on the right-hand side of a product row) to see an expanded view of the product details.

Moving a module between bundles

  1. Click on the arrow button on the right of a bundle to see a breakdown of the modules in the bundle.

  2. Click the module’s Move button.

  3. In the dialog that opens, select the bundle to which you wish to move the module.

  4. Click Confirm.

Grouping Products

Use the Group by: drop-down to sort your Products into groups by Item Name, Version Number, Serial Number (S/N), Type, License and more.

Searching for Products

Use the Search field and drop-down to search for Products by Item Name, Version Number, Serial Number (S/N), Type, Order Number or other details.
